Abstract The Swedish Chef and I A method proposition and other specialties The Swedish children’s furniture company is having problems. With only a fl ower pouf in the product line the core value Swedish is not clear enough. They’re also missing a distinct method to use to develop new product ideas and other signs. The company isn’t using the internet enough to engage the target group. It’s a way to small company to buy advertising space and such and must therefore learn more about how you can affect through the internet. As a solution a multitude of signs and symbols that communicates the company core values has been developed and interacts with the now reorganized core values in an appropriate way. The visual profi le of the company is showing a truer image of what the company is: a furniture business. The company does not longer look like a one product business and with strong Swedish connections the company will be understood as Swedish in the future. The company has now a good foundation to begin using the internet and engage the target group.
