    Användning av bildstöd i förskolan

    Studien undersöker den allmänna användningen av den alternativa kompletterande kommunikationsformen (AKK) bildstöd på två olika förskolor. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur bildstöd i den fysiska miljön påverkar kommunikationen på förskolan såväl som mellan barn och vuxen, och barn till barn. Metoden för studien är observation, och det valdes för att göra en kvalitativ studie som visar hur det egentligen är på förskolan för att få ett så sanningsenligt resultat som möjligt. Observationerna har genomförts under tre olika rutinsituationer på förskolorna, måltidssituation, påklädningssituation och samlingssituation. Under observationerna användes anteckningsmaterial, penna och block. Under båda observationerna var minst två personer på plats för att kunna få syn på olika delar och se saker ur olika vinklar. Under transkriberingen av resultatet kunde vi diskutera och renskriva vad vi hade fått syn på. Resultatet har analyserats i utgångspunkt med grund i tre teoretiska modeller, tillgänglighetsmodellen, sociokulturellt perspektiv och den proximala utvecklingszonen. Resultatet av studien visade hur och när bildstöd används, på ena förskolan fanns det mer bildstöd som användes i större utsträckning än på den andra förskolan. Det kan finnas flera anledningar till varför inte bildstöd används som till exempel brist på kunskap, men det varierar mellan de två förskolorna som är med i studien. Resultatet av studien visade också att bildstödet inte alltid sitter i barnhöjd och blir då inte tillgängligt för barnen att använda. Slutsatsen av undersökningen visade att bildstöd används på olika sätt och i olika utsträckning. Bildstöd kan användas i alla situationer och stödjer barns kommunikativa utveckling och bör användas mycket mer för att ge barnen flera olika sätt att kommunicera på.

    En attraktiv arbetsgivare - Att stärka sitt arbetsgivarvarumärke i offentliga organisationer

    Background and problems: In this study, we want to investigate how a larger public organization deals with strengthening its employer brand while also wanting to be an attractive employer. The study wants to illustrate how several different factors in a public organization can influence how employees feel, but also how the organization performs certain measures to successfully attract employees to a reorganization. It is important to ensure that organizational changes are communicated to interested parties efficiently and correctly. In both the change process and employer branding work, communication is an important factor. Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to investigate how a larger public organization has worked towards becoming an attractive employer and gain a greater understanding of the phenomenon of employer branding. To delineate the thesis and be able to answer the study's questions, we have chosen to focus on internal employer branding by taking part in assigned documents and interviews. By doing this, we get an idea of how the organization works with communication to create an attractive employer brand. Method: This essay is based on a qualitative study with a starting point from a specific larger public organization in Sweden. Our study is based on targeted interviews and document analyses to be able to answer the study's purpose and question formulation. By examining the business documents, our understanding of the context of our study is strengthened. This also helps us understand how our interviewees work and apply policies and guidelines, and to understand their perception and experiences of these documents. Results: The analysis of the empirical material shows that our case organization works actively with employer branding and strengthens its employer brand to differentiate itself in the labor market. The public sector is associated with secure employment, good development opportunities, and a balance between work and leisure. We believe it can be problematic to introduce new technical IT solutions in a large public organization. To succeed, this requires that the organization can successfully communicate the change, which we can see is a major challenge in the organization.

    Identifying relevant change sets to facilitate change impact analysis

    Conducting a change impact analysis may prove to be a difficult and costly endeavor. Estimating the potential effects a change would have on the system is essential in nowadays software development where the project budget and deadlines are paying an important role. An inaccurate estimation could lead to a potential failure in the project or delay in the release of the software. But the process of change impact analysis itself also costs resources to conduct. The study observes whether the process of change impact analysis can be improved in terms of time spent and errors made by using a traceability graphical representation and hiding irrelevant trace links on a system level, based on a cross-cutting approach proposed by [1].

    WAP PÅellerAV- "Hur kan WAP tekniken stödja resande säljare i deras mobila arbetsmiljö?"

    The objective with this thesis became, after our pre-study, to find out if WAP can support travelling salesmen in a mobile environment and how such a WAP service should be design in an user-friendly and functional way. We studied theories around the subject WAP-technology and made an empirical study. A pre-study was carried out with visionaries in Internet and mobile technology to find a potential early-using WAP technology target group. Afterwards a WAP service based on an Intranet was developed. The application was used during the qualitative interviews with the travelling salesmen in whom they took part and formed an opinion about the WAP service. The travelling salesmen also gave their opinion regarding user-friendliness and functionality. The result of the investigation shows that WAP can support travelling salesmen in their work.
