    Musikalartist.
(2017-09-28) Thornander, Erik; University of Gothenburg/Academy of Music and Drama; Göteborgs universitet/Högskolan för scen och musik
This essay is a research about the meaning of ”success” in the perspective of a musical artist. To explain what success means for people in general is very hard, because everyone explains it in different ways. I have interviewed five musical artists and put all of their knowledge in relation the steps of Maslow's need hierarchy. By this kind of technique I will try to understand what the meaning of success is for a musical artist. Which step of need do we as an artist desire the most to succeed?
