dc.description.abstract | The objective of this thesis is to give an example of how WAP can support mobile work and mobility. To be able to do this we have focused on persons whose work situation is very mobile and dynamic; truck drivers. By empirical studies and analysis of this material we present three design proposals, all based on WAP-technology. Two of these proposals were implemented to functional prototypes; Coordimateú and Orderbörsen. With these applications the thesis shows some of the possibilities with WAP and the advantages it can give to mobile environments. | swe |
