Handhållen kommunikation för produktionsledare

Abstract

Kandidatuppsatsen skrevs på Göteborgs Hamn, Skandinaviens största hamn. Uppsatsen skrevs i syfte att observera möjligheter med vilka trådlösa kommunikationsmedel produktionsledarna kan använda när de tidsrapporterar. Genom intervjuer och egna observationer visade analysen att handhållna enheter för tidsrapportering är möjlig i mån om anpassning av handhållen enhet till verksamhet och målsystemet. Teorin lyfter fram olika möjligheter och komponenter för vad analysen skall tillämpa villkor, användningsområde, teknologi, objekt och funktioner kommer ligger till grund för hur man skall tänka då man implementerar och designar ett nytt eller ett befintligt målsystem. Resultatet visar att en handhållen enhet är möjlig då man även måste se över ett system som passar ihop med målsystem och handhållen enhet samt uppnå de viktiga faktorerna som respondenterna önskar vid övergång från Excel ark till PDA. The thesis was written in Gothenburg Harbor, the biggest harbor in Scandinavia, and was created to observe what the opportunities are for a change in the ways of communications for the production management and if there are opportunities for a wireless communication for time report through handhelds. Through interviews, with a positive result and own observations, it showed that an analysis to handhelds for time report is possible. The sources in the thesis describes different opponents that are required for wireless communication and a conclusion brings the condition, user, technology, objects and functions aspects to the light for a written description over the handhelds position in their system today and new ones to come in the future. The result showed that a system is possible but requires a development in software but is not the purpose for this thesis.
