Sofflocket : ett arbete att vila i
Abstract
We are encouraged to measure our lives through our achievements, to find
our identity through work, and to fill our days with activities. Was it always
like this? When and where do we find time for rest and recuperation? Is it
okay to be a couch potato? I have explored the relationship between work
and rest.

Vi uppmuntras att mäta våra liv i prestationer, att finna identitet i arbete
och fyller våra dagar med aktiviteter. Har det alltid varit så? När och vart
finner vi tid för vila och återhämtning? Är det okej att lägga sig på sofflocket?
Jag har tittat närmare på förhållandet mellan arbete och vila.
