art.description.projectPaley developed a project in residence at Steneby in October, 2011. During an intense two-week period he cut, heated, hammered, twisted, bent and assembled steel into twelve forged sculptures together with Steneby students and teachers. These works were subsequently shown in a solo exhibition at the Röhsska museum and is traveling to the Swedish American Historical Museum in Philadelphia and to the Metal Museum in Memphis, Tennessee. The residency period at Steneby also hosted a seminar weekend where Albert held an open workshop, delivered a keynote address and joined a seminar on public art.sv
