art.description.projectThe exhibition was initiated by curator Niclas Östlind as a part of his PhD-project Performing History: Photography in Sweden 1970–2014. Between Reality presented the developments in Swedish photography from the 70s focus on documentary photography, the shift towards a more subjective and artistic practise in the 80s and the postmodern photo based art in the 90s. The exhibition also presented alternative narratives and addressed the questions on the construction of history.sv
