How Requirements Elicitation Process Takes User Experience (UX) Into Account

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand how Requirements Elicitation process takes User Experience(UX) into account. In order to answer research question a systematic literature review was performed. It focuses on user requirements, the incorporation of user experience into requirements elicitation process, as well as identifies necessary tools and techniques. The study also explores challenges and benefits of incorporating User Experience into Requirements Elicitation process.
