The purpose of this paper is to identify, examine and highlight any differences of students' political confidence in the public sector between Sweden and Greece. The paper also examines whether there is any connection between students' interpersonal trust and confidence in public institutions. Based on a quantitative collection method in which a total of 202 questionnaires were awarded to students in Sweden and Greece, the result shows that Swedish students generally have a higher confidence for the governmental institutions than the Greek students have. The study also shows that there is only a weak positive connection between interpersonal trust and trust in public institutions among Swedish students, but not among the Greek students.sv
