Contribution to Lauren Sudbrink’s exhibition catalogue “Escape Orchestra,” edited and designed by Chris Reeves, published on the occasion of the exhibition at Roman Susan gallery, Chicago. My contribution for the catalogue furthers my investigation about projected futures and other possibles. For “Escape Orchestra” I’ve adapted the lyrics of Manuela Bravo’s Eurovision hit “Sobe, sobe balão, sobe,” to a form of concrete poetry.
