The leading agents researched are Kollektivtrafiksekretariatet, Kollektivtrafiknämnden, Västtrafik and Trafikkontoret in the city of Gothenburg, and this case study is researching their discourse on wheelchair use and accessibility in the public transportation system in relation to social sustainability, justice, power and discrimination.
