The art of motivating and engaging a group of people has been an important function throughout human history. In recent decades, skilled labor has become more and more important for companies and organizations around the world. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are vital for employees to feel motivated and love their jobs. The study aims to look at the elements that cause workers to lose motivation. Also, attempt to determine what the leader can do to enhance employee motivation. For the purpose of this study, two theories were primarily used: Self Determination Theory and Servant Leadership. The majority of our findings in this study were consistent with past research in this field, with a few minor variations discovered. This research included ten employees and one person in a leader. Competence, to be a part of the affinity and autonomi were the most important elements in improving motivation. This research was undertaken shortly after the Covid-19 epidemic, and the organization has undergone several changes that we believe have influenced our findings.en_US
