| dc.description.abstract | My final year project playfully explores a method of joining fabric and wood using the keder cord in the context of furniture. This investigation is a continuation of the research that I carried out as part of a project in the previous semester and deals with the technical problems that arise in relation to tensioning. I propose a solution using threaded rods and explain the reasoning behind how this method of construction can be of benefit to the end user. | sv |
