Från planeringens "rena" förnuft till upplevelse-erans "praktiska" förnuft - den vingliga vägen över de senaste decennierna
Abstract
This article tries to bridge between the firm belief in better planning as the path ahead and the more post modern conception of "experiences" and events as tools of promoting development today. It then focuses on the outcomes of the application of an "objective" resource allocation model in the city of Göteborg (from the centre to 21 district). Each district can then reallocate resources based on local priorities. "Justice" as a topic in municipal politics is Practical Reason and Pure Reason. It is claimed that the resource allocation model has potential as a "boundary object" between local and central politics.
