Moral education through the work of literature and story-telling has long been present in our society. With the curriculum this moral education is something that should be present in today’s education as well. By studying the fundamental values in the curriculum and how they are expressed in the fantasy novel New Spring, the moral values will be present in education. Using literature in the classroom has many benefits and by specifically using fantasy we might catch the interest from the students. By using New Spring as a case study I will do a lesson plan that incorporates the fundamental values in education.sv
