How Do Refugees Become Entrepreneurs in Sweden? - A Case Study of Gothenburg

Abstract
Background and Problem: Refugee entrepreneurship has as of late gathered a significant scholastic and political intrigued across the globe. The rate of scientific distribution has taken off within the final few a long time due academic urgency to the field taking after the ''refugee crisis'' all things considered the inquire about field is right now immature with the existing writing scattered over different and regularly disengaged disciplines, which receive distinctive concepts, sample characteristics and methodology. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate entrepreneurial process of refugee entrepreneurs of Sweden and to provide direction for future research developments. Method: The paper applies a qualitative research strategy based on semi-structured interviews with eight (8) refugees’ entrepreneurs in Sweden with the context of Gothenburg City. Interviewees are refugees those start their own business with in ten (10) years starting from entering Sweden. Practical Implication: The significance of this paper extends past a simply scholastic discourse and has suggestions for policy making inside the area of economic improvement of the country. In addition to that Swedish refugee entrepreneurs could be beneficial from an entrepreneurial process model that has identified in this paper.
