dc.description.abstract | Through an installation filled with imagination I have, in this weaving work, created power within myself, as well as given others the opportunity to embrace it. To accomplish this I have used material I have collected, weave sketches and the digital loom. My weaves have then been “connected” to each other with the help of braids, picked figures, tape, computer keys and ginger bread shapes to result in an installation with the name Fågelvägen till Vintergatan tur och retur. During the process I have also become more aware of how sound, light, body and text are part of my work. | sv |
