dc.description.abstract | This thesis is aimed at finding methods to improve performance quality in an audition setting
through research on music performance anxiety, performance psychology, relaxation techiques
and flute technique. Using my personal experience in real auditions and daily practice, I also
provide examples of how I improved my proficiency as a performer through a portfolio of
technical exercises that can improve skill levels as well as be a source of relaxation prior to an
audition. | sv |
