The study presented in this report describes five Swedish development projects at the tertiary level of education, funded by the Council for the Renewal of Undergraduate Education: Scientific Problem Solving at Göteborg University, The Project Programme at Stockholm University, D++ (Reforming the Computer Science and Engineering Programme) at Chalmers University of Technology, The IT-Programme at Linköping University and Women in Engineering Education at the University of Karlstad. These five projects aim at recruiting women into mathematics, science and technology by changing the content and work forms of existing programmes or by launching new programmes that will appeal to female students.en
