Att spela barocktrumpet

Abstract

This study deals with the baroque trumpet, how it is used in modern orchestras, what differences it has compared to the modern trumpet as well as the author’s own development on the baroque trumpet. The purpose of the study is also to understand the baroque trumpet and develop the basics of the instrument in order to facilitate the playing of baroque trumpet parts in as a professional orchestra trumpeter.
