Arkeologi som Nationalism: Den dolda Politiken.

Abstract
This text is written with the purpose to both enlighten, as well as to discuss the subject of nationalism within the field of archaeology. What role has archaeology played when it comes to the creation of the modern state? This subject will be discussed by comparing a number of world heritage sites from different parts of the world. This is done to investigate to which degree they have played a part in the formation of their respective nation’s creation.
