Ur ett annat perspektiv - Arkeologi och kulturarv ur jordbrukares synvinkel.

Abstract
Farmers and archaeologists have one particular thing in common, they both play an important role in the management and preservation of our common physical cultural heritage in the landscapes. But is there any cooperation between those actors? Farmers in general often have problems with the rationalization of the agriculture, and sometimes the cultural heritage seems to play a role in those issues. Can we combine a sustainable preservation for our cultural heritage and still develop the agriculture? That’s the question this essay in archaeology and studies in cultural heritage will take on. By interviewing farmers about their relation to archaeology, the cultural heritage, laws and rules on the subject we will here problematize how archaeology and the cultural heritage works with modern agriculture. In the end the study shows a great potential for managing and the preservation of our cultural heritage in relation to the development of agriculture, and there are a lot of tools for taking on the existing problems.
