Sammanfattning
The purpose of this study is to investigate what decides that people want to change job in
Sweden. This study uses a previously conducted survey based on international social survey
program ISSP 2015, and the methods of analysis consist of three different methods,
univariate, bivariate and regression analysis. The main results are that there is a strong
negative relationship between wanting to change work and satisfaction.
